In exercise of the powers given by sub-section (3) of section twenty three of the Gujarat Primary Education Act, 1947 (Bom. cardinal of 1947) and in replacement of all the foundations created during this behalf, the govt of Gujarat herewith makes the subsequent rules to produce for regulation enlisting to the post of Assistant Education Inspector, Class III, within the subordinate service beneath the board of Primary Education, Gujarat State or District Primary Education Committee or Municipal Primary Education Committee, namely: - one. These rules could also be referred to as the Assistant Education Inspector, Class III, enlisting Rules, 2021.
2. Appointment to the post of Assistant Education Inspector, Class III, within the subordinate services beneath the board of Primary Education, Gujarat State or District Primary Education Committee or Municipal Primary Education Committee, shall be created either, - (a) by promotion on the idea of the results of Special Competitive Examination of someone WHO possesses 'good' benchmark for being thought-about acceptable promotion within the zone of thought as set down within the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and enlisting (General) Rules, 1967 from amongst the persons, who , (1) have worked for not but 5 years within the cadre of school principal, category III within the subordinate services of the board of Primary Education, Gujarat State or District Primary Education Committee or Municipal Primary Education Committee, (i) have passed the qualifying examination for pc data in accordance with the provisions of the Gujarat Civil Services pc Competen cy coaching and Examination Rules,

Appointment to the post of Assistant Education Inspector, category III shall be created within the magnitude relation of 1: three in accordance with the mode of enlisting provided in clauses (a) and (b) of rule two, severally four. To be eligible for appointment by direct choice to the post mentioned in rule two, a candidate shall, (A) not be quite forty two years of age: on condition that the higher regulation could also be relaxed in favor of a candidate WHO is already within the service of the govt of Gujarat in accordance with the provisions of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and enlisting (General) Rules, 1967: Provided any that nothing contained in clause (b) of sub - rule (9) of rule eight of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and enlisting (General) Rules, 1967 shall be applicable in thus far as relaxation of higher regulation as prescribed higher than is concerned: Provided any that higher regulation could also be relaxed in favor of a candidate of the regular Castes, regular Tribes , Socially and Educationally Backward categories and Economically Weaker Sections and in favor of a girl in accordance with the provisions of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and enlisting (General ) Rules, 1967: (B) possess,bachelor's degree in Arts or Science or Commerce and a degree in education obtained from any of the colleges established or incorporated by or beneath the Central or a State Act in India; or the other institution recognized intrinsically or declared to be deemed as a University beneath section three of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and
(b) (i) a baccalaureate in education obtained from any of the Teacher instructional establishments recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE); or (ii) 2 years certificate course of Primary lecturers Certificate or sheepskin in pedagogy (D.El.Ed.) of the State Examination Board of Gujarat obtained from any of the Teacher instructional establishments recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) ); or (iii) a four years baccalaureate in pedagogy or four years baccalaureate in education obtained from NCTE recognized Teacher Education establishments, and
(C) have passed the Assistant Education Inspector Apptitude take a look at (AEIAT) as could also be prescribed by the Government; and
