Model schools, Model Day are working in educationally backward talukas in 9 districts of the state since the school year 2012-13. Under this scheme, apart from the state government-run KGBV, students from STAD 09 to 12 study in which talented girls are enrolled. These are being developed as model schools, model day schools and KGBVA schools of excellence operated by the state government. In which "Common Entrance Test" has been conducted by the State Examination Board for admission of talented children.
