Reserved class students with scores to form it to general class to be admitted to general class, not reserved category: Supreme Court

 The Supreme Court on Friday dominated that if a backward category candidate scores marks on par with meritable candidates, then his/ her admission choice would be below the overall class whereas the reserved class remains open for those backward category candidates obtaining scores needed for entry in that (State of state vs K Shobhana)



A Bench of Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Dinesh Maheshwari associated Hrishikesh Roy delivered the judgment on an charm regarding Section 27(f) of the state Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016.
