Covid 19 ayurvedik upachar

 The following pointers for private care ar urged by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of Asian country, particularly for respiratory-related health maintenance and enhance immunity.



General lunatics-

Drink heat water throughout the day.

Daily follow of Yogasan, Pranayama and meditation urged by Ayush Ministry (for a minimum of thirty minutes) (#YOGAatHome #StayHome #StaySafe).

Use turmeric, cumin, coriander and garlic in cookery

Ayurvedic steps to extend immunity.

One tablespoon (3 grams) of Chyavanprash within the morning, (diabetic patients ought to take free sugar Chyavanprash).

Herbal Tea / Boil - Tulsi-Cinnamon-Black Pepper - Drink tea / boil made of ginger and black grapes.

- Once or doubly daily, sirup and or recent juice - are often extra if required.

Golden Milk - [*fr1] a teaspoon turmeric in five cc heat milk - once or doub



Nasya - Apply oil / oil or drawn butter in each nostrils - morning and evening..


Simple Ayurvedic medication


To rinse - Take a pair of tablespoons oil or oil within the mouth for three to five minutes then take away (do not drink) then rinse predicament - are often done once or doubly daily.


When dry cough / throat irritation-

Take a shower of recent mint leaves or strive predicament vapor

Clove powder are often mixed with sugar or honey

In case of cough or throat irritation once daily.
