NOW RTO CAN NOT FINE TWO WHEEL AND FOR WHEELER AND CAN NOT DETAIN IT IN CORONA PANDAMIC-Cm

 After discussions with the Hon'ble Chief Minister, Shri Yogeshbhai Patel, Ministers of State as well as Intermediate Ministers in the Cabinet meeting and clear instructions were given by the Chief Minister not to levy any kind of RTO penalty except for four-wheeler and two-wheeler car police and in the Cabinet meeting held at Gandhinagar.

  Hon'ble Chief Minister Yogeshbhai Patel Narmada and Urban Housing Board and other ministers had an in-depth discussion on the issue of Maman being given to two wheeler and four wheeler vehicles in Vadodara.  A fine of Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000 is levied on a four wheeler and a vehicle is detained which does not leave for weeks and motorists have to stand in long lines at the RTO in the heat. 



Vehicle owners have to detain such patients in a complete epidemic.  The Hon'ble Chief Minister has asked the Minister of Transport Shri  RC Faldu and Minister of State for Home Affairs Pradipsinh Jadeja have also given clear instructions that the fines levied by the police for not wearing adequate roads and other non-humanitarian clauses are not sufficient and the fines are not levied at present.
