(1) has been revised in the prevailing rates of the State Government's pre-matric scholarship for students studying in Std. 1 to 12 of Shri Scheduled Tribes as follows:  Scholarship Rate Revised Scholarship Rate Kumar to Std-1 to Std.  - ૮ Annual Rs.  3000 per annum, 50 / per annum Rs.  50 / - per annum  1000 / Std-9 to Std.  10 girls from Std-1 to Std-The annual Rs.  20, Rs  .  30 / Std. 9 to Std. 10 Annual Rs.  રૂ Annual Rs.  1000 / - Backward Std-1 to Std-T Annual Rs.  Annual Rs.  10000 Std-9 to Std.  10 per annum Rs.  1000 / - per annum  1500 and Reference Rate) to the Scheduled Tribes Std.  200 in Sh.  An increase of Rs.500 has been fixed.  A copy of the resolution is attached herewith, please be informed.  w.  ull Loyalty ... 1

 Introduction: With the resolution taken against the number (1) to (2) taken from the above reading, the rates of Pre-Matric Scholarships of the State Government are fixed for the students studying in Std-1 to 10 of the Scheduled Tribes.  Has been done.  From the letters of the Office of the Director (AV) against the numbers (2) and (3) taken from the above reading, a proposal was made here to give administrative approval to a new matter in the budget of the year 206-2 to improve / increase the rate of this scholarship.

  The proposal presented was under consideration of the Government.  Resolution: After careful consideration, to increase the rates of Pre-Matric Scholarships of the State Government for the students belonging to Scheduled Tribes studying in Std.  .  Standard Scholarship Revised Scholarship Rate Every Kumar from Std-1 to Std-9 Annual Rs.500 / 2 Annual Rs.50 / Annual Rs.1000 / |  Rs.50 / - per annum for girls  Std-2 to Std-10 Std-1 to Std-2 Std-9 to Std-10 Annual Rs.500 / Annual Rs.50 / Annual Rs.1000 / Annual Rs.20 / Annual Backward Std-1 to Std-5  Annual Rs.50 / Annual Rs.1000 / Std-9 to Std-10 |  Rs.1000 / - per annum  Annual Rs.1200 / conditions

: 1.  Expenditure incurred under this sanction shall be subject to the budgetary provision for the year 206-

2 and within the limits of the grant allotted from time to time by the Finance Department.  Subject to the existing rules for the present work, adequate budgetary provision has to be made in the current and next financial year.  .  

3.  Expenditure in this regard shall be made in the prescribed manner in accordance with the provisions of the State Government's permanent as well as from time to time applicable resolutions / circulars and rules.  8.  The principles of financial fairness must be applied to the costs involved in approving this.  .  Grants allocated under this approval may not be used for any other purpose.  The remaining amount will have to be surrendered by the end of the year.  .
