Kala utsav 2022 -23||aazadi ka amrut mahotsav 

Organizing various competitions based on the theme “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” under Art Festival Reference: 1.  Resolution No. of the Education Department 2.  According to the approval of the Hon'ble Minister of Education on 17/2022 of the Branch, as per the above reference letter, the State Government has inspired and encouraged the various arts and talents among the students as part of the development of various skills such as painting skills, literature composition skills, musical instrument skills, etc. 

 In order to provide guidance to talented students, drawing competition, children's competition, music (singing and playing) are organized in every district starting from school level and district level diet as part of "Har Ghar Tiranga" program under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav program.  It is done with the coordination of Principal, DPEO, Governor and DEO. 

Necessary arrangements are made from the district level keeping in mind the following instructions and the period of competition involved. The third rank contestant has to be selected and out of them only the first rank winning contestant from each section will enter the CRC.  ./ will be sent for UDC level competition.Cluster / UDC level competition  A: Cluster / UDC  Based on the entries of the first rank contestants for the various competitions from the schools held at the level, the first, second and third rank contestants shall be selected and among them only the entry of the first rank winning contestant from each section shall be sent to the Taluka / SVS, level competition.  

Taluka / S.V.S.  Competitions held at Taluka level based on the entries of the first rank contestants for various competitions from the cluster / QDC level, the first, second and third rank contestants are to be selected and among them only the entry of the first rank winning contestant from each division is to be entered at the district level.  It has to be sent for competition.  Coordination of Taluka Level Competition Taluka Primary Education Officer, B.R.C.  CO and S.V.S.  Will stay with the convener.  6) District Level Competition: The District level shall select the first, second and third place contestants based on the entries of the first place contestants from Taluka level / SVS for various competitions and among them only the first place winner from each division.  

Contestant's entry has to be sent for the state level competition.  District level competition has to be conducted by Diet.  The prizes for painting, children's dance, music (singing and playing) to be held under Kala Utsav will be given as follows per competition. 

 7) Low Details Third Prize 1) Various competitions in arts festival like Chitrakala, Balkawi as part of “Har Ghar Tiranga” program under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav program in all Government, Grant-in-Aid and Self-supporting Higher Primary and Middle-Higher Secondary Schools in the State.  Organization of convention, music convention (singing and playing) shall be made mandatory 2) This competition will be held in three divisions.  .  Primary Section, Secondary Section – For students of Class 6 to 8 Class – For students of Class 9 to 10 Class – For students of Class 11 to 12 ii.  Higher Secondary Section School Level Competition: All the first school level will have to organize painting, dance, music (singing and playing) competition to be held under Kala Utsav
