CHILDREN EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES|ENGLISH ACTIVITIES|MATHS ACTIVITIES

 The National Commission for the Protection of Children constituted under Section 8 of the Protection of the Rights of the Child Act, 2006 or the State Commission for the Protection of the Crops of Children constituted under Section 12 shall perform the following functions in addition to the functions assigned to them under the Act.


 To inspect and review the security of income provided under or below this Act and to recommend steps for its effective implementation.

 Investigate complaints about the child's lack of free and compulsory education

 To take action only as per the provisions of Sections 12 and 24 of the Commission for Protection of Child's feet Act

 In whichever state the State Commission for the Protection of the Child is constituted, the appropriate Government shall, subject to the conditions prescribed for the purpose of carrying out the functions specified in clause C of sub-section 1, notwithstanding the provision of such system.

 Notwithstanding anything contained in section 138, a person who has a complaint relating to a child under this Act may lodge a written complaint with the local authority having jurisdiction over it.

 Upon receipt of the complaint, the local authority will decide the matter within three months after the relevant parties have been heard

 A person who is dissatisfied with the decision of the local authority may appeal to the State Commission for the Protection of the Child or to the authority prescribed under sub-section 3 of section 31 and the designating body.

 By issuing a notification, the Central Government will be able to form a National Advisory Council consisting of a maximum of 15 members as required by the Central Government from persons with knowledge and direct experience in primary education and child development education.

 The National Advisory Council will be able to advise the Central Government on the effective implementation of the provisions of the Adi Niyam.

 If a member of the National Advisory Council was not appointed, all that was given to him would be as prescribed

 The State Government shall, by issuing a notification, constitute a State Advisory Council consisting of a maximum of 15 members as may be deemed necessary by the State Government from persons with knowledge and direct experience in the field of primary education and child development.

 Advise the State Government on the effective implementation of the provisions of this Act in the functions of the State Advisory Council.
