At the taluka level, the taluka primary education officer will have to decide the public holiday according to the local situation
According to the local situation, a leave has to be decided by the principal of the central school and approved by the Taluka Primary Education Officer Shri Baju.
The school principal has to decide in advance according to the local situation and also the taluka primary education officer has to be approved through the principal of the central school. All the schools of the center have to be proposed at the taluka level.

Employees are entitled to enjoy a maximum of two holidays on festive occasions without any religious restriction as per their choice.
If any of the declared festivals of the Muslims are to come on the announced day, the police personnel and the day on which the festival is declared may be given as a leave of absence.
