Kolache Pohe (Konkani-Style Poha) Recipe

Ingredients of Kolache Pohe (Konkani-Style Poha)
1 Cup Poha, soaked
1 Bowl Coconut Milk
Jaggery, as per taste
Tamarind pulp, as per taste
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
A pinch of Asafoetida
1 Sprig Curry Leaves
1 Whole red chilli
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Freshly chopped coriander leaves
Salt, as per taste
How to Make Kolache Pohe (Konkani-Style Poha)
1.Soak jaggery and tamarind in water separately and strain the water.
2.In a bowl of coconut milk, add the jaggery and tamarind water, salt, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt. Mix everything together.
3.Prepare a tadka. Heat ghee, add red chilli, jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves and hing and let the spices splutter.
