Primary teachers||New transfer rules 2022 Declare||all information about Teachers transfer


 Definition: (1) Educational Assistant / Primary Teacher: - In the primary schools run by District / Town Education Committee, Std.  Legislative Assistant / Primary Teacher appointed for Std. 1 to 8.  5 (2) Legislative Assistant / Upper Primary Teacher: - In the primary schools run by District / Town Education Committee, having qualification of Std. 6 to 8 and appointed as subject teacher (Language, Mathematics - Science, Social Science) and Preliminary (Std. 1 to 8).  Scanned with CamScanner as a subject teacher in Upper Primary (Std. 6 to 8) |  Included Teaching Assistant / Higher Primary Teacher.  (2) Headmaster: - Headmaster who has been appointed as headmaster by promotion or direct recruitment in primary schools run by district / town education committee.


  (2) Variation - Decrease: - Depending on the number of students in the primary schools run by the district / town education date on 30th June of each year in the month of June, the principal / teacher / headmaster who performs additional duties than the approved establishment in that school (Std. 1 to 8).  ), Upper Primary (Std. 6 to 8) Legislative Assistant / Teacher and Head Teacher.  (2) School / Standard / Class Merger Transfers: Receivable when the standard / classes of one or more schools or schools are merged due to low number of students or any other reason in the primary schools run by District / Town Education Council.  Change to be made of additional teaching assistant / teacher / head teacher.  


(3) Changes in the demand for Std. 6 to 8 option: Educational / Professional Educational and Vocational Qualification and Teacher Eligibility Test (TET - 2)  Changes to be made while giving option to include the teaching assistant / teacher who has passed the examination of) in Std-6 to 8.  (2) Internal Transfer: - Internal online transfer to be done as per the demand in the vacancies available in their own department / subject in the primary schools of the same district / town education date as per the demand by the teaching assistant / teacher / headmaster performing duty in the District / Nagar Education Committee.  (2) Change of District: - Changed the online / offline request to change the available vacancies in their department / subject in the primary schools of other District / Nagar Education Committee at the request of the Education Assistant / Teacher / Headmaster performing duty in the District / Nagar Education Committee.  (2) Reciprocal transfer: Educational / Primary / Upper Primary Teacher: Primary (Std. 1 to 8) and Higher 3 performing duty in District / Town Education Committee.  LO


When the current situation is changed by the District / Taluka / Village / Municipality / Municipal Corporation by VSKA Shri, the changes are made in the District / Town Education Committee as per the demand of Vidyashayak / Teacher / Headmaster acting on the option of district division.  .  The instructions given by the Office of the Director regarding these transfers on such occasion should be taken into consideration.  (11) Original school / taluka / district: - The school / taluka / district in which the Hajj has taken place after getting appointment from recruitment will be considered as original school / taluka / district. 



 But after getting the appointment, the school / taluka / district which is present in the last school, other than slaying, will have to be considered as the original school / taluka / district.  (13) Date of entry in the account: - As per the provision of this resolution, the date of entry into the account should be considered as the date of Hajj for the first time by direct appointment / promotion as teaching assistant / teacher / head teacher in any district / town education committee school of the state.  But after obtaining such appointment, the district counts the date of entry in the account for the transfer of the order made to attend the school when the Hajj has taken place in the school of another district / town education committee by any other transfer (except district division).  In the case of teachers working in the upper primary department giving the option, the date of the order of option is considered as the date of entry in the account. 


 (12) Net vacancies: In the primary schools run by the District / Town Education Committee, there are less teaching assistants / teachers / headmasters working in any department than the approved establishment.  Consider the non-allotted teaching aids / teachers / teachers of the subject as net vacancies in which the vacancies are considered as net vacancies regardless of the teacher working against the establishment.  (12) Super Numerical: In the primary schools run by the district / town education committee, the teaching assistant / teacher / idiot teacher working in excess of the total sanctioned establishment shall be considered as super numerical (numerical).  Which will count as more teacher.  (12) Department / Subject Number of Legislative Assistants / Teachers: (1) The number of working teachers in Std.  The number of teachers who can be accommodated by filling the vacancies of the approved establishment of Std. 5 to 8 will be called department number teachers.  (2) The number of additional teachers working in the approved establishment as per the subject of Std. 6 to 8 should not be more than the total sanctioned teacher establishment of the district  The number of teachers with the maximum number of teachers who can be accommodated in the vacancies of the approved establishment shall be considered as subject number teachers.  Chapter ||  E 7


0 Chapter-E Priority in Transfer: (a) Regarding the priority in District Internal / District Transfer, the following priority should be given.  (1) Widow / Widower (2) Divyang (3) Primary Teacher Couple (3) Government Employed Couple (3) Educational Assistant / Primary Teacher / Headmaster Spouse  (2) Valmiki (b) The benefit of priority can be availed only once in the entire job by changing the internal demand in the district and changing the district fe ૨ demand and,  Benefit of any one of the priority categories from 1st to 5th can be availed only once during the entire May Scanned with CamScanner job.  (1) Widow / Widower: -


 In case of getting priority to the legislator / teacher / headmaster who is a widow / widower at the time of transfer, the widowed / widowed employee will be included before or after joining the job.  Priority will be given on the basis of the certificate of competent authority of JAA being a widow / widower, ration card and proof of death of the spouse and affidavit on a fixed amount of stamp paper meaning not remarried.  The benefit of priority should be noted in the textbook.  Priority benefit for this category due to lack of evidence |  Will not be available.  (2) Disability: In order to get priority disability, the legislator / teacher / headmaster of disability has to submit the certificate of civil surgeon showing the percentage of disability at the time of transfer.  No affidavit will have to be submitted for a fixed amount of stamp paper meaning that no other priority has been taken in this matter before. 


 The benefit of priority should be noted in the service book of the text.  Priority benefit for this category will not be available due to lack of evidence.  (2) Primary Teacher Couple: - In order to get priority of Primary Teacher Couple, in the primary schools run by the District / City Education Committee, the wife / wife performing duty as teaching assistant / teacher / head teacher has to register her marriage.  The certificate of the prescribed specimen given in the appendix along with the given by the teacher of the school should be submitted as proof.  The head teacher will have to give this in day-3.  Also, no other priority has been taken in this matter, which means that a fixed amount of stamp paper and affidavit has to be submitted and the benefit of the teacher couple will be available to both the spouses and the note of the benefit of the couple's priority will not be given to the spouses.  - * - of.  So |||  = = E: 8

Husband / wife performing duty as teaching assistant / teacher / headmaster in primary schools of district / city education committee has to submit his / her marriage registration / marriage certificate issued by Mr. Jista and Mr. / Mrs.  Also the prescribed specimen certificate mentioned in the appendix has to be submitted as evidence and no other priority has been availed in this matter before which means an official affidavit has to be submitted on the stamp paper of fixed amount and the office of the Government employee  The Board / Corporation / Corporation / Company / Nationalized Bank / Public Enterprises Office of the said Board / Corporation / Corporation / Company / National Enterprises  Certificate of establishment / operation should be submitted as proof.  The benefit of priority should be noted in the textbook.  Priority benefit for this category will not be available due to lack of evidence.  


(2) Educational Assistant / Primary Teacher / Headmaster Husband / Wife of the employee working in the Educationally Granted Institution: Grant of Government of Gujarat or Central Government to give priority to the Educational Assistant / Primary Teacher / Headmaster Husband / Wife of the employee working in the Educationally Granted Institution.  Recruited by the approved recruitment system in primary / secondary / higher secondary schools, ashram schools, teaching temples, colleges, universities or other educational institutions receiving subsidized grants and who have completed 3 (three) years of service as well as their spouse district / town education date.  Husband / wife performing duty as teaching assistant / teacher / headmaster in primary schools will have to submit their marriage registration and marriage certificate issued by Gistarshree.  In addition, the prescribed specimen specified in the appendix given by the head of the office where the spouse of the deceased is Scanned with CamScanner while working in the office should be submitted as proof, as well as a stamp paper of fixed amount which means he has not availed any other priority in this matter.  


The above affidavit has to be submitted.  The above educational institutes which receive grants or subsidiary grants from Gujarat Government or Central Government will have to submit the certificate as proof of the law / declaration / resolution as decided.  The priority benefit will be noted in the textbook.  Priority benefit for this category will not be available due to lack of evidence.

(2) Valmiki: - In order to get the priority of Valmiki, Valmiki Educational Assistant / Teacher / Headmaster has to submit the certificate of competent authority of being a Vardhatmaki and priority will be given on the basis of this as well.  Affidavit must be submitted.  Priority benefit will not be available due to lack of evidence.  The organ that gets the benefit of priority should be done in the service book of the text.  |||  = U: 10
