Definition: (1) Educational Assistant / Primary Teacher: - In the primary schools run by District / Town Education Committee, Std. Recruited by the approved recruitment system in primary / secondary / higher secondary schools, ashram schools, teaching temples, colleges, universities or other educational institutions receiving subsidized grants and who have completed 3 (three) years of service as well as their spouse district / town education date. Husband / wife performing duty as teaching assistant / teacher / headmaster in primary schools will have to submit their marriage registration and marriage certificate issued by Gistarshree.
